“I ordered these tiles at the end of may to be delivered Friday 4th ready with contractors to do the work. The tiles did not turn up till the today. I have had contractors on my site every day doing nothing.
This has got nothing to do with the tiles or this company this is mainly the courier, that’s let everyone down. Sarah Beth and her team were brilliant. I did have a few that promised to call me back but didn’t. However Sarah Beth and I believe a lady called Sam were amazing. They did everything they could to ensure the tiles were with me. Although Sarah Beth didn’t always give me news I needed the fact she actually communicated with me was enough for me, can’t argue with that.
I phone pallex multiple my times myself and honestly, they are joke. This is a good company but you need to consider changing your courier because unless I get direct delivery from walls and floors I won’t be ordering again. And I doubt I will be the last client to go through this stress. apart from that, great quality tiles no issues. Thanks again Sarah Beth. Fantastic customer service from you.”
