“I used this company for the first time, ordering last week with delivery scheduled for yesterday. Unfortunately the courier company delivered to the wrong address and the driver signed for it himself. This has unfortunately impacted the job which has now been put back 3 weeks due to it being the Christmas period. All of that said, the team at Walls and Floors have been nothing but helpful. They were understanding, chased the courier on my behalf and when they did not return to rectify their error until the following day, Walls and Floors refunded the delivery (which I didn't actually have to pay due to the size of the order). Although the delivery was far from ideal I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again. They are kind, courteous and professional in every aspect.”
