“The web site is easy to navigate on, planty choices of products, detailed description and costumer's pictures, where available are helpful as well. The order was processed in high standard, on time as promised. Very well packed, half sized pallet. However it was the delivery subcontractor , who disappointed me. First , on the original delivery day, they let me know 10am that the pallet is on hold at the delivery company hub and that they will attempt to deliver it next day. That means that the person who we managed to be at home had to stayed at home another day , so our plans had to be cancelled. Additionally when the pallet arrived, the driver said he can't fit it through the side gate to back garden and left in on open driveway. The half sized pallet will definitely fit in trough, it just needs a bit of effort and willingness from the driver to place the pumtruck from the narrower side of the pallet, not the widest. The pallet is a rectangle shape. So after we came home few hours later we had to move all the order if total weight of 144 kg to take in by hands, from the driveway. So the delivery was £30 , and all I wanted was the delivery on time so no extra time off from work will be needed and a heavy loading will safely be left in our back yard. Unfortunately that didn't not happen. However I understand the this specific issue has nothing to do with the Walls and Floors company itself,as they done their job great. Maybe just need to have a little conversation with their delivery subcontractor.”

“Okay, so I haven’t got the tiles yet. Walls and Floors posted them promptly but the pallet delivery company wouldn’t deliver them down my tree lined road. Holly from Walls and Floors contacted me to let me know. She was a brilliant customer liaison person and has organised delivery for Monday. If the tiles are anything like my last wood effect tile order they will be fabulous. Everyone who has seen my kitchen floor loves them.”
