From start to finish the service was excellent- when a delay occurred, I was helped to split the order so it would arrive while I was at home. The delivery driver also brought the pallet to the door, more than I expected of the service offered!

Order was short so had to arrange for next day delivery for remaining order. Worst delivery company I would advise using someone else spend two days waiting in when it should have only been one. Not a great first time experience

4 out of 6 boxes turned up smashed and now requiring a 2nd delivery of them which hopefully won’t be broken too!

I nearly didn't write this review, because it's not a 100% customer satisfaction. I ordered 10 of these tiles, and ticked the appropriate box regarding challenging deliver location, due to the very narrow roads. However..... the delivery driver of the monster truck phoned to say, he would need to meet me at the local supermarket because the 18 ton lorry wasn't going to be able to get to our address. So off I went to meet him. He load the tiles into my car, but I noticed some of the tiles were broken. I unpacked them at home to find 3 of the tiles were indeed broken. I am awaiting £15 refund on the delivery costs, and 50% refund on the said tiles. There was no point replacing the broken tiles, because it seemed likely I would again have to pay for delivery, but would actually have to get in my car and drive to meet the lorry driver. Customer Service was very polite, and the actual tiles are lovely, but our instructions I were told did not reach the recipient of our order. I do not consider myself to be at fault, but feel I should have received Delivery and cost of 3 tiles in full, but this wasn't possible apparently.
