“Lovely tiles. But delivery was very expensive (£24.99) considering I only wanted 2 boxes of tiles. It was scheduled for delivery the next day & never arrived, after waiting in all day. Never had any contact from Walls & Tiles to let me know what was going on. Arrived the next morning when I was on my way to work, so made me late. Phoned customer services, never had any reply from them.”

“Only criticism I have is the promotional window. Being offered when placing sample tile order I was not informed the offer would run out before I received the tile ! So a little disappointed that I had to ask for some discount , from a customer view point not something you should have to do”

“First delivery went well. Second delivery of one box of tiles didn't. Had everything ready to tile my kitchen floor and tiles did not arrive on the day. Had to completely change my plans with the tiler and kitchen fitter. The cost of the postage is expensive so would have expected a better service. Wasn't 100% happy with the customer service response either. I won't order again from this company.”

Oh no, we do care!
These tiles are huge with a large format design on them. When cutting a 10cm square out of an 80cm square tile, it's difficult to show the pattern. We do offer a quarter-size sample for this tile, to give you more of an opportunity to see the design.

“A nice basic tile but a tad overpriced. Also beware : the shipping extortionate! I bought one box of 30 tiles and they were shipped for £12. I later had to order a further 2 boxes and the shipping doubled To a whopping £26.99 as apparently a pallet was required. On arrival the pallet was tiny and weighed about 8x heavier than the actual tiles themselves. I won’t be ordering again any time soon”

I'm sorry you were not happy with the shipping costs. We use third-party couriers so these costs are already calculated for us.
You can find this information in our Deliverey Information on the website. The cost is calculated by the weight of the goods, anything over 15kg will be palletised. Under 15kg, our small goods courier can deliver.

“I'd give 5 stars except they do not tell you that returns are at your own expense. This is heavy stuff that costs a huge amount to courier back. I've lost over £80 because paying for the return is so costly. Please tell us or give us a return courier option even if we need to wait till you are back in our area. Spoilt an otherwise really good customer service experience.”

As this tile is 800x800mm and the patern on the tile is spread around that area, it would be difficult to cut a 10cmx10cm free cut sample to show all of the design.
Our free cut samples are more to give an idea of the texture of the tiles and background shades.
As the tile is so large, it's not cost effective for us to send a full-size sample, but we do offer a quarter size which would give you more of an idea of the design.
