“Although the tiles now look nice, our tiled told us these were the worst tile he’d ever worked with. He let us know the tiles were curved so when using the spacer it was essentially pointless as the gaps would get bigger towards certain parts of the tiles. Also the customer service was horrendous and although the estimator said we needed X amount of boxes to cover our space, it was incorrect by 2 boxes.”
“Tiles are of good quality and pleased with the service received but marking down based purely on the annoying constant marketing emails received since purchasing. Lost count of the number of times I have now unsubscribed so here’s your review - now please stop emailing me!!”
“Quite a lot of tiles were damaged on arrival due to inadequate packaging. Got a partial refund on the damaged tiles after emailing and filling in forms”

Well here it is: tiles look nothing like the colour shown on the website, three came chipped, customer service is non existent.”
