“Poor quality a lot arrived damaged in some way but great carpentry meant we could lose the damage and instead of sending another one out (I ordered an extra 3 but needed one more instead because of the cuts) straight away so I could finish the refurb they sent to me in the afternoon of the day of opening”
“First time I have installed real slate. The slates were of varying sizes, which I graded into three piles. And then laid, I had the odd banana shape, and one or two 5mm difference in sizes. Laying the tiles was a very emotional experience, and my language at times was pretty impressive even forr my standards. They do look the balls, now though. End result is great.”

“Still haven't received the order. Received a message from the DPD yesterday saying I wasn't at home when we have decorators at home waiting for these tiles. Noone came to my door. I have CCTV to prove this. I then get a message from DPD saying it will be delivered to a store close by and I will have to wait for a parcel number to collect it. Still waiting for a parcel number and still no tiles.
Asking for a review when your DPD driver Karamvir Singh was supposed to deliver this yesterday to my house. I would like to know when I will receive this?”
