Good afternoon Sorry if you have received a sample order in error. I can see the tiles mentioned were ordered but If you can let the customer service team know your postcode they should be able to look into this and work out what address it should have gone to. Kind regards Walls and Floors

A better description and pictures on the website would be very useful. The tile seems to be a printed pattern made to look rustic. Would have been great to know this prior to wasting time getting a sample.

Hello Sam Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear you weren't happy with the sample tile. We have tried to cover all the main points of this type of tile in the description as well as having both close-up pictures and room set images online as well but will pass this on to the website team to see if there is anything else that could be added. I received a sample and the tiles are very beautiful, ordered the amount I need for my bathroom, been asked for preferred delivery date(why whould this option to be given if cannot guarantee delievery on the day?) and never received my order. Been chasing the delivery for a week until the tiles been declared missing. Walls and Floors didn't have these tiles in stock, so out of desperation I've been forced to choose another tiles which are absolutely different and I am still not sure that they are found to match with the fittings I've ordered to match the original tiles. To don't rely on the delivery my partner took day off work and we travel 2.5 hours to Walls and Floors warehouse to pick up our new tiles. In the end of the day we've been offered compensation for a petrol and the refund of the difference in price, they even made us buy the grout which was promised as a good will gesture on the phone before we arrived. I am very disappointed and frustrated by the way we are treated and the whole situation, I wasted a week sitting at home waiting for the delivery and being told every day that my tiles are out for the delivery, we wasted whole Saturday travelling around London trying to find tiles to finish the bathroom, then we wasted a day traveling to pick up the tiles from them and then we are receiving a cold treatment like this.

Beautiful tiles, look good but quantity was worked out for us by w&f that was not so good, over sold grout and later on req’d more tiles. We were sold the wrong batch number so they didn’t match!!.

Decent product, awful customer service. I had arranged for next day delivery when purchasing online, I called the next day as they hadn't turned up and was told abruptly the system shouldn't had let me order it and there was nothing I could do, she would refund the £5.99 paid extra for next day delivery, but there was no apology or empathy. I had arranged for fitters to come in to install the tiles that afternoon and it was extremely inconvenient they hadn't arrived. When I said I wasn't satisfied with their offer I was told 'well we're just going to go round and round in circles as I there's nothing I can do for you'. I asked to speak to the manager who was apologetic and refunded the whole delivery cost of £25, but you really shouldn't have to fight for decent customer service like that. The tiles are lovely and delivery chaps great, but I wouldn't go back to the company again due to the initial customer service interaction. You just don't need it when you've been put in a stressful situation because of their system error. Learn to say sorry a little easier Walls & Floors people!

Would have been 5 stars as most of the order arrived the next day and the tiles are nice. However the order was 5 tiles short. No communication about when the remainder would arrive and when I called the response was kind of maybe-in-3-weeks-can’t-guarantee-anything. Not a good answer for anyone with a bathroom project on the go really. No apology, just that’s-the-way-it-is
