“awful service. would never use this company ever again! ordered my panels x3 to come 19/11/2024, the delivery driver said they where all snapped at the depot but the manager said to still deliver them and get the customer to refuse them, called up was told they could come thursday, wednesday evening they emailed to say they where not going to be delivered, called up was told friday… within seconds of being on the phone, the lady then told me she had ‘told a lie’ whilst laughing, said she made a mistake and it would be saturday, this was after me calling at 9am and nobody calling me back telling me multiple times they where ‘searching the spot for the panels’ which seems untrue to be searching for them for that many hours, my partner had plans with our daughter and had to cancel the plans causing us to lose out on money and quality time. awful service.”
“This was my second order first order was shocking six panels were damaged had to send back for full refund took ten days .second order was just as bad three panel damaged and a mix up with delivery forgot to send the glue please don't use this company if if you don't want to be disappointed better to use the panel company”

I am sorry to hear you received damaged panels, damages can happen during transit from our third-party couriers to yourself. I cannot see that we were informed however, we are always happy to resolve any issues with damages by issuing replacements if we are contacted.

“50% of the panels we received were damaged and not fit for purpose. Customer service were prompt and arranged delivery of new panels on two subsequent occasions.
Walls and Floors don’t have a policy for the collection of damaged goods so be prepared to end up with more panels than you wanted!”
