“Turned up in a massive bog roll, which had been broken in transit by the courier, damaging the contents. (Not W&F's fault), I was able to cut around the damaged sections and still use the good bits.”
“A disappointing transaction. The item wasn't as described and was misrepresented, but when I informed Walls & Floors I was told that I needed to pay to return them. Bearing in mind I had already paid £11 delivery for £20 worth of tiles, this means I would have spent £22 on delivery costs. I will not be dealing with this company again because they advertise tiles using the same names as those sold at other companies, but the tiles aren't the same, they're different - different sizes and colours. Walls & Floors inform me it's because the tiles are manufactured by different companies. My view is that if I buy a product with a particular name from different companies, I should get the same product. Also, Walls & Floors should cover the cost of return because the item isn't as described. Rather conveniently, the labels describing the tiles had been partially ripped off the box before being dispatched.
There were 3 photos attached to this review. The one most clearly showing the difference in tile size and colour was deemed inappropriate and therefore has had to be removed in order to comply. Not sure why it was deemed inappropriate?”
“Tiles with cracks, delivery company did not deliver tiles properly and I had to carry it, they leave pallet that you need to recycle and incur extra costs”
