“Packaging very poor purchased 50 tiles 30 were badly damaged. They were quickly replaced but arrived in the same packaging and. Half had corners broken”
“These tiles are shoddy, ill painted covered in cracks or chips. The company wont accept this despite pictures displayed showing this and instead want me to pay money to return them. I have already had to replace rhe tile at a rate of almost double what i paid for these. And pay a tiler more because i have changed the tile. I sent pictures to their "customer service" team, this was two weeks ago...no reply. Save your money. Im 170 pound down on tile sat in my living room that i cannot use. This company has cost me over £500 which is incredibly costly as a single parent which is a months childcare for my baby. I wouldnt buy anything from them again and i would encourage every person i come across not to either”
“The tiles itself were okay, shame about the delivery. The first time around I wasnt even emailed or called about the delivery issue, I had to chase them!”

“The tiles are NOT the one pictured here, but very grey and speckled. Each pack contains 2 tiles like the one pictured and the rest are two different printed designs, one with grey splodges and the other grey speckled. Truly hideous and very poor customer service. Several were broken and nothing has happened regarding this or the misleading product photo. Really disappointed and will shop elsewhere in future.”
