“ordered sample. Came in broken. Asked for a replacement and sent a pic of the broken tile. Never recieved the replacement”

Hi Bhano I am sorry to hear that you received a damaged sample. I can see that we were awaiting an image of the damaged tile from you prior to sending a replacement. I have arranged for another tile to be despatched for delivery on Wednesday. Kind Regards Walls and Floors

“Dreadful Company. Sent order short of 6 tiles, and basically said, tough, we do not have any more. I will NEVER deal with them again.”
