“50% of the panels we received were damaged and not fit for purpose. Customer service were prompt and arranged delivery of new panels on two subsequent occasions.
Walls and Floors don’t have a policy for the collection of damaged goods so be prepared to end up with more panels than you wanted!”
“I like the tiles, it's unusual to find "Onyx" style in a small tile format, and it looks very classy. Unfortunately the colour is more grey than green and will not work for our colour scheme, sad”

“Would not recommend. Variation in size, it says 61.5cm and actual tile is 60cm, very big variation in colour from light brown to very dark brown.
Description on the website is misleading”
“This item didn’t arrive due to me cancelling the order down. I purchased the item with next day delivery and after 4 days of waiting to find out I’d been promised the wrong delivery date for a second time, I had to cancel it down which left me in a difficult position still without this trim.”
