“half the tiles ordered were damaged in packs and they don't just differ a little in depth they are major I compare to tiles like these bought for my other house and they were much better quality than these”

“most of the tiles had chips on the corners so i had to have them cut down which is what i didn't want...couldn't send them back as i had booked the tiler and if i did send them back i couldn't get him back for a month as he's a very busy man....disappointed”
