“Only got a sample, which to be honest came too late. A sample from another online supplier came the next day and I placed the order with them as I needed them urgently.”

You sent me a sample of a tile that was discontinued and are now asking for my feedback, bit of a shambles. the only similar tile you have is 1/3 more expensive. I cant understand why you are still advertising the tile and sending out samples of a tile you only have 0.8m2 left. You are just trying to get the last of the tiles sold at a premium and not actually planning to sell batches to customers as you don't have them, and will not be getting them back in, v poor.”
“Please advise why I am receiving emails to review an order that I have not received. I took the morning off work to received the order but heard nothing. Therefore not impressed.”
“I ordered 11 of these tiles all of which were damaged and unusable. Sadly I only looked at the top tile when they were delivered and it looked fine so I didn't open the box and discover that the 5 underneath it were broken in a jagged unusable way. More annoyingly I wasn't in a position to need to fix them for a month so the company refused to compensate for a completely unusable purchase - unfit for purpose at point of receipt. Really unhappy.”
