“Three of the five tiles were broken and therefore unuseable on arrival due to a combination of poor packaging and / or bad handling in transit. A refund was promptly organised.”
“I would love to leave a proper review, but the problem is that we haven’t actually received a sample yet! We originally ordered a free sample about a month ago.After a couple weeks l phoned to say it hadn’t arrived. A very helpful lady apologised and said she would send another sample immediately. This also hasn’t arrived, so whilst we would like to give a review sadly we can’t.”
