Unfortunately this company is, for all intents and purposes 'buying' positive reviews, by offering a reward for featured reviews. Of course only positive reviews would get featured.
I despise these practices as it makes all reviews (other than purely negative ones) completely pointless and makes comparison impossible.
Honest businesses get naturally get positive feedback by providing good service and products. Only shady businesses entice positive feedback by offering some sort of reward.”

“Part of my delivery was not in a box and despite being very well bubble-wrapped, most of the short edges were damaged making clicking them together difficult (to say the least). Unfortunately i didn’t notice this until quite a few days after delivery and I was well into fitting at the time. I suspect this happened during transit but perhaps some cardboard packaging on the edges would stop this if boxes are not supplied.”
