“The product was ok however the delivery service appalling. First the delivery guy was unwilling to locate my flat and he kept threatening to leave if I didn’t go to the car park, look for his van and pick up the order (20 kilos of tiles...). He finally found the entrance to the block (the only entrance by the car park so not really rocket science...) and called to say he will not bring the box in since it was *only* 20 kilos...I explained that I had a recent leg fracture and double disc hernia and if he could please take it to the entrance to my flat (there is a lift and I live on the first floor). He refused and said he is not insured (!) and that I’d have to pay £100 to get the one box delivered to my first floor. Rude, unhelpful and quite frankly, uncompassionate. I had to then drag the box along the floors all the way up. It took me around 15 minutes. He was holding the box in one hand, it would have taken him 2 seconds. Never again.”
