“Wrong product and wasn' t reimbursed for it. They asked me to pay for posting the items back which would cost me as much as the item...not a good deal for sure....”
“I ordered plenty of extra tiles - I calculated I needed 18 SQM so added 10% and then added a further 1 SQM for a total of 21 SQM. What could go wrong?
About 3 SQM had defects. A few had obvious broken corners and damaged glaze. No loose broken corners in the package so clearly damaged at the factory and zero quality control. Or they know they are damaged but send them out anyway.
However the vast majority of the defective tiles had a small dark dot at one corner. It is very small but immediately noticeable and should not be there. It doesn't rub off.
That is ignoring the top tile in every box has glue from sealing the box on it. This glue (which is not a protective wax but glue) can usually be scraped off but it can be difficult when it seeps around the side of the tile. Note this is on EVERY tile - it is a manufacturing failure and shouldn't be happening.
So my experience was about 15% of the tiles arrived damaged. That's at a glance. The tiles haven't been put up yet. There may be more problems to come.”
“The trim is probably fine is you buy it elsewhere. Mine arrived with scuff marks probably due to inadequate packing. You pay a premium price for what you hope is a premium product and it is not packed with any care.”
