“They have not been delivered yet. They were due yesterday but you forgot to put them on the van, despite informing me a week ago they would be delivered on Monday. I had organised my week around the delivery. I only found out because I phoned up about the ETA. The apology was condecening and defensive when I complained about the service. Very hard to give anything but a negative rating.”
“Didn't have the amount of tiles we needed. Cancelled at 4am the day of delivery. When delivery did happen there was no notice of the arrival time, until the delivery driver was already there. A very rude and unpleasant experience with the delivery driver who left the tiles on the side of a public kerb. Poor experience overall.”
