“delivery was fine, unfrotunately a few tiles were broken in the middle of the pallet, didnt find them till later.
there is an issue with colour differences of the tiles. out of 145 tiles at least x10 were totally different in colour. The floor layer installed them, i have requested that they are removed and replace, sorry for the poor quality photo but you can see the difference.”
“I ordered these Tiles samples and they are a very close match to my bathroom tiles. I would have given a higher score but all tiles came damaged. The delivery driver lobbed them over my side gate snd when I opened the package all three tiles were damaged , chipped . I paid for these tiles and for delivery and I would have hoped they’d come in a better condition.”

“I love the pattern of the tiles but they are thin in thickness and I'm a little worried about how they hold up over time (they look magnificent on the wall). Many of the tiles are uneven in size and causes problems.”
“Tiles came full pack fully broken . and they giving 2 days after delivery return which is silly. will never buy from here again. better b&q where return is 90 days”
