Tiles supplied were incorrect size. 100mm square identified however tiles delivered 96mm square. Matt finish closer to gloss!

Read the T&Cs... they dont support returns, meaning of the order is not to your liking you have to fit the return costs. i bought £180 of tiles, paid £30 delivery and then was told its £90 to return them!

Haven't used them yet but seem good quality. However the first order of these went missing/returned to sender, I assume due to them coming out of the packaging during transit so got in touch with W&F who kindly re-sent them. They then arrived out of the packaging with the damaged packaging alongside. The trims had burst their way through the end and the tube container bent and ripped open in places. I don't think this caused any damage but I'm sure the tiler will advise in due course. Better packaging needed but overall good service and good quality product.

Product is good But delivery people are rude They put the panels in the street in front of my door and left them there , although I made it clear in my request to deliver them into my house.

We provide a kerbside delivery, which is stated on the website and also on your order confirmation email, The drivers cannot always enter your property, if they feel they are not able to do so, they will leave the goods kerbside. We purchase the 4 strip WiFi wall panels - to our disappointment as soon as we installed the panels was as soon as they started to peel away from the wall, the make matters worse the remote controller did not work. On reporting this to customer service we were even more disappointed to learn that they are aware of the issue with a faulty batch and a number of customers have already complained. We thought the reasonable thing to have offered is a replacement set from a good batch, instead we were sent glue and another remote controller - that does not work! I love the idea of the product and hope that Walls & Floors will dispatch replace the faulty products so we can enjoy this beautiful product like many others have. We will await their contact and delivery or refund - my preference would be the product to enjoy.

Sample tile came broken to pieces. Then the offer price that was on the website disappeared without any information on the website when the offer ends. When spoke with CS, they said they "will see what they can do" but will not honour the offer price. Will be ordering from my local tile business instead
