“Tiles were just what was ordered. Delivery was appalling yes the snow delayed things, no objections to that but 3 days after the snow had started to go an e-mail to schedule a new delivery date should have been given, not told oh they will be delivered today, take a day off then they don’t turn up, then they say oh it could be next day or the day after, so more time off then they appear at a time when I would have finished work , so no need for day off. Does not give me confidence to order anything else.”
“Ordered 16m2 sq for my bathroom. The tiles supplied were two different shades from two different batches (from one order). Very poor service - non existent quality control.”
“Tiles very different than sample sent. Delivery company very unprofessional and rough when unloading resulting in a lot of broken tiles which were replaced.”
“Broken on delivery. When I laid the broken tile on the bathroom floor to see the effect, it broke further. Even if not broken, I think this tile would be too smooth and dangerous if wet to use in my bathroom. It is only £10 sq m in the sale so it is a cheap fix and actual colour and pattern is lovely.”
