“Part of my delivery was not in a box and despite being very well bubble-wrapped, most of the short edges were damaged making clicking them together difficult (to say the least). Unfortunately i didn’t notice this until quite a few days after delivery and I was well into fitting at the time. I suspect this happened during transit but perhaps some cardboard packaging on the edges would stop this if boxes are not supplied.”

I am sorry to read damages were received. This can happen during transit but if we are notified we are always happy to replace or refund the damaged products.

“I was completely unhappy, i order a job lot of 45 tiles , only recieved 20 full tiles, and the remaining tiles i had total 6 where cracked ,or completly unuseable. I havent complained as i paid lot of money for shipping, but for a small garage job, not yet complete, but i seem to have enough.

“Bought 40, noticed instantly that 5 were shattered on delivery, had those replaced, actually starting using the rest and then noticed a further 6 were unusable (chipped badly). At almost £3 PER TILE I expect them to be packaged well and usable. Spent over £700 on the lower and border tiles, don't plan on spending a further 500 on the upper tiles, not from this company anyway as I want to actually be able to use them for their purpose, not collect the pieces to make mosaics!! It would appear packaging is scarce with this company.. think wisely before spending a fortune with them”
