“A little disappointed to be honest, having used the white casing LED strips before I expected the Black casings to be a little dimmer obviously but they really are much dimmer and can only be described as decorative lighting at best with not much real useability unlike the white brighter lights. Also to note these strips do not stick to the fabric Acoustic panels very well at all, I'm guessing the fabric back panel does not really make for a good base to stick to which considering this is the whole purpose of these lights is not great. Overall I'm quite disappointed with these black casing LED strip lighting, I have just received a second set of 4 Black casing strips for the project I am working on but will not use these again in future projects, the White strips are far superior but obviously do not blend in the Acoustic panels as well.”

Delivery was quick.
Negatives:
The sticky back is useless! I’ve had to glue mine in place.
It’s not clear at all where to cut the strip. It was more luck than judgement.
Very overpriced for what they are. Yes they look good, but for how much they cost there shouldn’t be any negatives to report.”
“The tiles themselves were excellent quality and we are very happy with the finished result. Unfortunately, the delivery service let the experience down.
For our first order, we selected the smaller van delivery option due to our narrow street and arranged to receive it on a Wednesday, taking the day off work. After receiving no dispatch notification, we had to chase for an update and were told it would arrive Thursday. It eventually arrived on Friday.
We later placed a second order for a few additional tiles and paid £29 for delivery, again selecting a Wednesday delivery date. Once again, it failed to arrive as scheduled and turned up on Thursday instead.
The product quality is excellent, but the delivery company repeatedly failed to meet agreed delivery dates. When customers are paying for delivery and arranging time off work around promised dates, reliability is essential.”
“Failed to deliver on 3 occasions and just sent text message by courier…customer service is zero and they don’t even call you to advise on issues , spent over 2 hours on phone to customer service and in the end end had to cancel order and go to a proper professional company”
