“As always delivery on time but driver left them on my drive way I have 1 inch step down to my carport and In asked him if he would back in and pull cart and he refused no other driver has had issue from any company so tiles are exactly as he left them in packed unchecked as you sent them. I am 80 yrs old and on the drive if I open and check may or have the puff to lift each box It’s does cause stress but if driver was even pleasant it may help. I have covered them up and my neighbour puts his car in front of them at night. I am sure the tiles will be ok but 24 hr checking not done. No problem at all with phone calls or patience of staff when you ring and your service ok. I know hall will look lovely when I get it done. Thanks”

Inconsistent Pricing: The website deals changed daily (e.g., 20% off appearing the day after purchase), which is incredibly frustrating.
Communication Breakdown: I received no phone call on delivery day, only a mid-afternoon email stating 15 tiles were broken and unavailable. That delivery never arrived, not even without the broken tiles! This was after I had a phone call a day or so before saying they were missing 1 tile!
Costly Delays: Delivery arrived a week late, forcing me to pay contractors for their wasted time and "inconvenience" fees.
Damaged Goods: When the order finally arrived, another entire pack of a different style was broken.
Verdict: I love the tiles, but the logistical nightmare and lack of basic customer service make it hard to recommend this company. Proceed with caution.”
“Ordered and paid for x3 to make a replacement in bathroom. £9.99 transport, delivered only x1 and three days later, tile messed up on face with some adhesive. Requesting for a refund. Never again.”
“Nice panels. Get a sample! The black in between the green is very black and pronounced! Good quality panels - I wish I had looked at a sample first - plus check out the shipping costs and the process to return - which we didn’t ! To return the boxes - must be unopened and unused and original packing bla blah blah - plus the worst thing of all - you have to organise your own courier - which is near impossible for this size panels ! We had ridiculous quotes to return so we now trying to sell elsewhere. To receive the panels in first place it was 40 shipping charge on top of the cost of the panels but you can’t use same courier to return the items. I contacted customer service regarding the help for returning and they directed me to the terms and condition and sale on their website. Who reads that before making a purchase !

“These don't look like the pictures. The picture gives the impression of a soft beige edge. But they are just grey. I felt they seemed too plastic looking. I have returned them. The company were not helpful with the return. I had to arrange collection myself at huge expense.”
