Hi Brian,
Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry to see this.
I can see that you have emailed in, and an agent has assisted in issuing a replacement order for you.
If you need anything further, please let us know.
Kind Regards,
Walls and Floors.
“Panels are lovely for the money and fittings, but this was the first time I used this company and I was one panel short because they damaged it with the forklift loading it apparently but didn’t give me another panel. I have to go in now and sort it out at the branch. Very strange way of doing things. Hopefully I’ll get it sorted today once I’ve driven back down there.”
“Good quality.
Well packed.
Don't drop them on your toe!
Don't cut with a jigsaw.
Some panels have an odd bright green residue... Scrapes off... But oddly unnecessary extra effort.
Inconsistent offset between felt edge and slat start.
It was not clearly stated that the items were out of stock at the point of purchase, walls and floors pocketed the cash and waited nearly 4 weeks before delivery... Absolute joke!
Increased discounts became available while I was waiting for delivery... Could have been offered the extra 5% discount as a sorry for the wait.”
“The tiles themselves were gorgeous but issues with stock and delivery. Brings it down to 2* as I’ve lost money due to delivery date not being possible on their side, therefore tiler is losing a day of work which I am being charged for”
“The tiles are beautiful and of good quality however on an order of 9 tiles, 4 arrived cracked which delayed my whole project. Store offered me replacement or 50% refund of the broken tiles.
Delivery was awful. Received a text message and email in the morning confirming delivery for that day. Delivery did not take place. Called the store and was advised of an issue with delivery (no reason given) - rescheduled for next day morning slot. Cracked tiles were delivered at 3:40 in the afternoon by a grumpy delivery guy that was on his mobile phone all the time during delivery! Shocking service and would not use this company again.”
