“Having to give a 3 as although a great colour and exactly what I was looking for; 2 tiles arrived with corners broken. Pacakaging could be a bit better and a stronger box would help as it's was pretty squashed and torn on one corner.”

“Wrong panels again , 2nd time I’ve ordered from you, took pics when ordered at your shop , got all the proof and the pic of the order your employee showed me , you still got it wrong , it’s pathetic”
“The staff are quick to send replacement tiles for damage. But the product knowledge itself is not great. The tiles I chose come in 2 patterns. The tiles are not packaged as left and right, but random. So there is no way of knowing how many of each hand will be delivered. This inevitably leads to an imbalance. I expect the staff to know this important fact and inform customers.”
“I feel like Slatwalls controll over stock levels is not good. They let me order the item knowing that they were not in stock.
Also the delivery company they use are not great. The delivery driver and second man were rude and failed to review an item that clearly had damaged outer packaging.
My issues have been highlighted to the company.
Nevertherless the items did arrive eventually.”
“Have a word with shipping! when they strap these together the tongue and groove on the wall panels gets damaged. Making fitting a little more tricky.
If they strap them put something substantial under the straps.”
“First panel I opened of 4 was damaged, I called straight away and was offered a refund or replacement, I later asked this to be changed to a refund , disappointed to see that I only got a 50% refund …. Their policy apparently! Why should anyone have to pay half cost towards a damaged item? We then put the boards up and used decorators tape to hold the first panel in place whilst it dried …. Then proceeded to put the final panels up along with trims and corner trims. On taking the decorators tape off it removed the design off the panel !!!!’ There was nothing on the instruction videos saying that decorators tape should not be used !!!!!! At this point we made the decision that we had no choice but to keep the tape damaged panel on as there was a chance that we’d damage the trims and most likely the first two boards as everything was firmly stuck down , also we had a plumber lined up to install the shower.This company have insulted us by only offering a refund of the other half of the first panel. Had I known that this company was providing such poor quality panels we would never have gone ahead and bought them…….be warned buying from this company and getting a fair resolution from them , utterly disgusting”
