“I ordered a sample of this product. This was due to be delivered by Amazon Shipping UK. Although I received an email stating it had been delivered it had not. We had CCTV security footage to proove it. 2 hours later I received an email stating there was a problem with the delivery and I should contact "Walls and Floors" Really poor!”

Some panels have an odd bright green residue... Scrapes off... But oddly unnecessary extra effort.
Inconsistent offset between felt edge and slat start.
It was not clearly stated that the items were out of stock at the point of purchase, walls and floors pocketed the cash and waited nearly 4 weeks before delivery... Absolute joke!
Increased discounts became available while I was waiting for delivery... Could have been offered the extra 5% discount as a sorry for the wait.”
“The tiles themselves were gorgeous but issues with stock and delivery. Brings it down to 2* as I’ve lost money due to delivery date not being possible on their side, therefore tiler is losing a day of work which I am being charged for”
