“Would be 5 as the tiles themselves are beautiful however not 5 star as on both deliveries tiles were smashed in my order and I’m not being refunded for furthermore they turned up 45 minutes after the latest delivery time. So will never order again from here. Not an enjoyable order.”

“Never received them. Placed the order in the morning when the website stated that 66 square meters were in stock. Paid in full and was told next day delivery. Late afternoon of the same day was told there were no tiles until 16th December. No good to me as I had no bathroom so needed them urgently. Order was cancelled. The following morning received a phone call to say they had found the tiles and did I still want them! Obviously a complete failure of the stock control process - how can you loose 66 square meters of tiles. My answer was NO”
“So sad to leave a poor rating, but the photos shown on line are nothing like the actual tile.
Totally different colour.. more like a copper colour with a pearl sheen. Not the rustic tile with shades of brown and greys we were expecting.”
“The quality of the panels is good but all the panels were found to be damaged when unpacked, we managed to hide most of the broken parts. You need a courier that takes more care even if the delivery is in a rural area.”
“Unfortunately the tiles that arrived did not match the colour as shown on the website. I would have sent them back but my tiler was already booked so went ahead and had them fitted. They are much darker in colour than shown on your site. Will send both pic from your site and post installation.”
