“The product is ok but unfortunately very disappointed with the service. The company like many have kerb drop. However all the deliveries made by other companies have always been delivered and dropped off near the property as we don't have a kerb. The company own driver refused to drive into the property and just took two pallets off his lorry which parked in the middle of the road left it outside on the driveway of the property and drove away we called the company and got the same unsympathetic cold response. BEWARE they will not assist in anyway regardless what your situation is bear that in mind.”
“Ordered 6 tiles of this 5 pattern design to go above my sink below a window and recieved
5 of one pattern and 1 different. I contacted them and was told I need to order multiple tiles to stand a chance of getting 5 different !!!

“Wrong tiles sent to what I ordered. Plus 2 of the tiles were smashed.
Told I would have to pay to return them.

“The lights are great but there was no markings to tell you where you can cut the lights in the video on the website it says there is cut lines at the back of the lights indicating where to cut but there wasn’t also the sticky tape on the back which sticks the lights to the panels wasn’t on straight and it’s very hard to take the top layer off to be able to stick the lights into the panels.
Over all pleased with the lights but these issues need sorting.”
“Quick delivery but goods were not white more of a cream colour aa shown in photo against our white cladding panel.
Cost of return make it prohibitive and you cant return them locally.
Also the flute curves are the small design which isnt evident in the photos when purchasing online see photo”
