“First panel I opened of 4 was damaged, I called straight away and was offered a refund or replacement, I later asked this to be changed to a refund , disappointed to see that I only got a 50% refund …. Their policy apparently! Why should anyone have to pay half cost towards a damaged item? We then put the boards up and used decorators tape to hold the first panel in place whilst it dried …. Then proceeded to put the final panels up along with trims and corner trims. On taking the decorators tape off it removed the design off the panel !!!!’ There was nothing on the instruction videos saying that decorators tape should not be used !!!!!! At this point we made the decision that we had no choice but to keep the tape damaged panel on as there was a chance that we’d damage the trims and most likely the first two boards as everything was firmly stuck down , also we had a plumber lined up to install the shower.This company have insulted us by only offering a refund of the other half of the first panel. Had I known that this company was providing such poor quality panels we would never have gone ahead and bought them…….be warned buying from this company and getting a fair resolution from them , utterly disgusting”
“Had 5 boxes of tiles only and it was all left on a massive palet on the road when I've said to delivery driver to take the palet he refused . Will never shop with you again”
“I bought a panel for my bathroom and paid £25 for next day delivery. The courier had to send the package back before it even got to me because it was damaged and I haven’t heard anything since, that was 5 days ago. Can someone please contact me to arrange a new panel to be sent out. I would like to have a shower before the month ends.”
“After waiting weeks for these caps they finally arrived only to be the wrong caps.
Not been satisfied with this company and question whether their staff are familiar with the products they sell. Suggest they are trained in on what their product range.”
