Panels are lovely for the money and fittings, but this was the first time I used this company and I was one panel short because they damaged it with the forklift loading it apparently but didn’t give me another panel. I have to go in now and sort it out at the branch. Very strange way of doing things. Hopefully I’ll get it sorted today once I’ve driven back down there.

The sample looks decidedly blue not green, it's a shame as they look a lovely colour on the website image

Good quality. Well packed. Don't drop them on your toe! Don't cut with a jigsaw. Some panels have an odd bright green residue... Scrapes off... But oddly unnecessary extra effort. Inconsistent offset between felt edge and slat start. It was not clearly stated that the items were out of stock at the point of purchase, walls and floors pocketed the cash and waited nearly 4 weeks before delivery... Absolute joke! Increased discounts became available while I was waiting for delivery... Could have been offered the extra 5% discount as a sorry for the wait.

The tiles themselves were gorgeous but issues with stock and delivery. Brings it down to 2* as I’ve lost money due to delivery date not being possible on their side, therefore tiler is losing a day of work which I am being charged for

The tiles are beautiful and of good quality however on an order of 9 tiles, 4 arrived cracked which delayed my whole project. Store offered me replacement or 50% refund of the broken tiles. Delivery was awful. Received a text message and email in the morning confirming delivery for that day. Delivery did not take place. Called the store and was advised of an issue with delivery (no reason given) - rescheduled for next day morning slot. Cracked tiles were delivered at 3:40 in the afternoon by a grumpy delivery guy that was on his mobile phone all the time during delivery! Shocking service and would not use this company again.

Unfortunately this company has just received the last order from me due to a rather stupid incident this weekend and the inapditude of the customer services depeatment to deal with the situation. I pleaced an order online and for some reason the system would not process the order so i came out of the basket and ordered it again, this time with success however the order system applied a different postcode, my billing postcode to the delivery address even thorugh the address was correct. The delivery driver went to the incorrect locaiton and refused to either wait 10 minutes for me to get there nore deliver to the correct address even though in a few minuted he was going to drive passed my home front door. I called customer services who could have dealt with this but instead told me that even though the address was correct they had to deliver to the postcode "for my own saftey" what ever that means. So 100 miles to deliver, 100 miles to return to depot and then 100 miles to re deliver today. So much for being a 'green' company. I was 10 minutes away! A different driver called today before delivering to ask that there were two different addresses on his system, the delivery address and the billing postcode, and asked which one would i like it delivered to! Some one with a bit of common sense at least. Customer services from Walls and Floors did not want to know or assist at all so the emphasis is not on the "service" aspect. This could have been sorted out very very simply however it turned out to be a fiasco.
