I’m not sure if my order is being processed one panel turned up within 48hrs of placing the order and the remaining 8 panels were left behind by the carrier and I haven’t been informed when the order will be delivered

Hi Gheorghe We are very sorry to hear this, you are welcome to collect from us however we only have one warehouse which is based in Kettering, Northamptonshire. I am afraid this is the only location you are able to make a collection from. Kind Regards Walls and Floors

Disappointed with the customer service I received after my purchase. On receipt of delivery, we had 5 x tiles that were broken. The tiler said he might be able to use them as cuts to complete his work. It wasn't until he was nearly finished he realised he needed the extra 5 x tiles. When I made contact with the customer service department was advised that because we didn't report the damages within 48 hours they were unable to replace them. If we wanted the tiles we had to re-buy.

Beautiful tiles and so happy I bought them. But customer service with this company is horrendous. I was recommended to but an amount by they're online calculator, and even recommended to buy 10% more for waste, as money is incredibly tight I didnt buy the 10%. When the tiles arrived, one pack arrived empty, just a flat box. After 2 days of back and forth emails and refusal to replace, the lady (Holly) was rude and even said they had checked stock and the attached picture still tied to the delivered pallet, used the phrases "we don't send empty boxes". A manager contacted me as I escalated my complaint as this now meant I had to delay the works, and pay an additional day labour for my tradesman. She apologised and replaced immediately, she could see that the box was clearly empty. Fast forward, the worl is complete and I can now access my garden as a wheel chair ramp with these beautiful tiles are now laid. However I have a surplus of 8 tiles. This is a huge cost for a disabled person, I asked them to return as they had wrongly recommended the amount of tiles but also (thankfully I didnt) wanted me to buy 10% more. After 48 hours of back and forth emails, with no avail, I'm forced to open a complaint agaisnt the company for my refund.

Never received my order. The courier company they use left my order of £300 at the wrong address. I took the day off for delivery and booked a tradesman for the work to be carried out the next day (tofay). ? Courier company says they don't go back. Really well someone has to be held accountable for this. We

Items have failed to be delivered for the 3rd day in a row. Don't waste your time or money.

Whilst communication and effort from Walls and Floors was very good, there were 3 canceled deliveries because of the courier. When the tiles were delivered (at the fourth attempt) it was delivered the day before the agreed date so my wife and I had to come home early from holiday early as it was a kerb delivery. As I cannot work from home, I had to take A/L; so the fact that delivery was canceled 3 times with very little notice (often less than one hour), was very frustrating. I believe that any service is only as strong as the weakest link, so whilst W&F was very good, the courier was awful so I can only rate as very poor and sadly would not recommend.
