“I am pleased with this watch but slightly disappointed by the fact that the advert shows the watch with red hands, but mine has white hands. Given such watches are very much a visual design choice, you need to be more careful in pointing this out in your photos and descriptions. I have neither the time or the inclination to return it half way around the world.”

“Watches.com service was great and I really like the watch. Unfortunately, it got damaged shortly after it arrived. Entirely my fault. And the only reason I bring this up is that the manufacturer is not helpful at all. I have been trying to return the watch to Zinvo for an out-of-pocket repair for almost a month now and they don’t seem to be able to figure out how to do it. Every few days I’ll receive an email from them asking for another piece of information. It took the three weeks to reply to my first request. I mention this only because watches.com needs to be made aware that the products they are selling are not being serviced as well as any customer should expect. The merchant is just as much a part of the process as the manufacturer in my opinion. And, so far, Zinvo gets a one star, while watches.com gets a two for not helping me when I asked them to contact Zinvo on my behalf and they wouldn’t.”

“This is a very cool looking watch, but it is unclear whether or not the turbine-like "blade" turns or moves at all as part of the watch movement. This should be specified in the desscription. Does anyone know the answer to this question?”
