I absolutely think that Nixon makes a great watch for the money. I now own several & starting my collection over 12 years ago.

My first Nixon. Im a fan of 46mm+, tried this ot when on sale. I think Nixon will be a new go-to brand for me! This watch is just between glossy and flat black; band is very comfortable; feel is of quality metal; hands are easy to see. The picture doesn't show the subtle brilliance of the red, nor the shiny grid in the noodle-- looks best in person. I'll buy another Nixon in the near future.

I was lucky I bought this watch while it was on sale as I honestly don't think it is worth the original price of $800.00, I was somewhat disappointed with the overall feel of the watch, the band felt weak and flimsy and there are a few sharp edges as well....but then again this observation may be a little biased as I am constantly comparing it to another Nixon I've owned for about 10 years....the 51-30 Chrono....which in my opinion is a much more solidly constructed watch and for half the price! The Magnacon is a nice watch though, it stands out and goes with almost any attire..business or casual.....but get it on sale!
