“This one was my Christmas present’s son. He loves it, even though I am gonna have to sell it cause he says: “I do not ware watches mom”, (he is 21 now) And the 30 days to return it already pased (Personal logistics Issues caused this). But definitely is lovely. The box is beautiful too, covered with green fabric. 😉”

“I love this watch, apart form the band colour. The watch itself is fantastic, very clear to read & the red dot signifying the day is so cool. The box & accessories are very military-like & it makes you imagine this watch is what the real Hawker Harrier jet pilots wear. Would've given it 5 stars but for the band colour - it's more yellow or mustard, not tan. The photos on the site for AVI-8 watches show it much more tan than it really is so please be aware of that if you're looking to match it to your tan belt & shoes like I was. I'm going to try polishing the band with tan shoe polish to darken it so wish me luck!”

“The movement itself is absolutely fabulous, from the watch face itself to the date and time readout which I adore. The only thing I can find a problem with is the watch band, which has the edge coated in some sort of rubber plastic material. Although it is pleasant to the touch, it is not wearing well and I will likely be replacing the band in the future.”

“I have had nothing but trouble with this company. I bought a watch wore it for a year or so, it stopped working. I took it to a jeweler had the battery changed. It would work if you tapped on it, but would then stop when the second hand got to 7 or 8 on the face. AVI-8 then had me send it to their repair place which wants me to pay $114 to fix a $140 watch???? Called them spoke to JJ and she hasn't called me back. I liked the watch. I would like it back repaired and sent back at no cost to me. I payed to send it to them. Am I being unreasonable? buy a watch it does't work send it back and then pa $114 to get it back working. I think I would be throwing good money after bad. Jim Jackson”

“Not a bad piece however. the watchband itself looks "low end" and compromises the overall appearance the watch. Would much prefer a different band but don't know the size or the options I have to replace the one that came with it.”
