“Watches.com advertises this watch as coming with two watch bands...a leather strap and a stainless steel bracelet. This is a lie! The watch only comes with a leather strap. When I asked Watches.com why it didn't include the bracelet they said that they put that on the website to let consumers know it is an option. When you look under specifications for this item it clearly lists two watch bands as being included. Customer service was less than helpful. First they told me I was wrong. Then they offered me 15% off if I spent more money on their website. Finally they offered to accept a return. None of that is an acceptable solution. I expect to get exactly what is advertised when I decide to make a purchase.”

“I have a collection of various watches but none are as bold and glaring as this one. SISU really made a fantastic watch with this one. The crown is in a great place on the left side so when I wear it (left wrist) it doesn't dig into my wrist like the majority of watches do. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is a little difficult to get the watch tightened around my wrist. The buckle part is a little too long to easily take on and off. I hope the leather holds up because I have to stretch it a little to wear. It is a fantastic watch which I bought on sale for under $300. The box it came in resembled a military .50 caliber ammo box which is all metal. Its a great conversation piece that has gotten me many compliments. I'm really debating on buying their automatic version.”

“Would of given it a 5 star but the company who actually owned these watches went under so no dang warranty comes with it that's why it's so cheap but it is a very sturdy watch and very cool looking!”

“Initial watch arrived with movement issue. RMA was generated quickly and watches.com quickly sent a replacement watch. Overall, very pleased with my customer experience and would purchase from watches.com again.”
