“After ordering, shipping was fast..4-5 days i had it...the case the watch came in is a military style ammunition box...very heavy an durable...once the case was opened the watch displayed beautiflly...i removed the clip an pushed in the pin to start the watch..and noticed the second hand was hatchetting...or ticking for 3 seconds, then pausing...ticking, pausing..i did some research and it appears this means the battery is low and needs changing. After having the watch for 3 weeks it has stopped. I contacted SISU about the issue, they said i could mail it back and they would replace the battery...or they would refund 15% and i have this done locally. Now, i bought this watch from Watches.com, not SISU directly. Watches.com said that my watch was limited and non refundable, sold-as is..also, there was no documentation in the box..no receipt, no certificate, no nothing..just a watch in a box..a very nice box..i love the watch, dont get me wrong...it just needed service as soon as i got it..i have a appointment today to have the battery changed. I am hoping this resolves the issue. If i had to critique the watch.. it would be the buckle/clasp on the silicone band is very large..i have ordered a metal replacement bracelet that has a clasp that is the same size as the band..Once the battery gets replaced i will update this review..🤞”

“When the box first arrived, I was convinced that the exceptionally heavy item it contained was something other than the watch I ordered. When I opened the box, expecting some other disappointing object, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was in fact my new watch and it was contained in a super cool (and heavy) steel display box that was akin to a military style ammo box. Very cool. The watch itself is beautiful. It can best be described as having an innate presence. Its dimensions and robust features speak of both class and quality. Its just big enough to command attention but not so much that it looks ostentatious. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.”

“It was a gift for someone graduating as a police officer and at a dead battery $300 for a dead battery watch not cool”

“I had to return the watch it would not keep time it appeared the movement was damaged. It was sent back and arrived at you store yesterday. I truly hope it’s replaced with a fully functional time piece.”

“I love the watch I purchased it as a wedding present for my now husband. It doesn’t work so I’m waiting to see if I replace the battery if it will work. Now I see that this brand is discontinued and I can’t return it so that’s disappointing. I’ve been purchasing watches on this site for awhile, but this might be my last purchase.”
