“So this is a pretty good looking rose gold dress watch. I would only wear this watch for formal events because the dark black leather band doesn't go with a whole lot of my casual wear. But if matching with a black shirt or something that would work just fine. Now to the functionality of the watch, and I'm sure this is just my stupidity coming through, but I could not for the like of me figure out how to manually change the date. So I ended up winding the heck out of the watch by passing through 24 hour zones to increase the date by one. If someone out there knows how to set just the date, pls let me know. Now I figured that it would just be 1 click in between the crown being pulled out for winding and the crown being pulled out for changing the time. I mean that has always been how I've changed the date in the past on watches, but I just simply could not find that middle click. But overall for $200, this is a good watch and a talkable piece with its Russia heritage and all.”

“I received the watch and it didn't work. I wore it for a couple days hoping it would start working (it is an active watch, its powered off your movement). Because I wore it, it voids the Watches.com warranty. I have tried multiple times to contact the manufacturer with no response. I will never order a watch online again, this would've been resolved already had I bought this watch from a local jewelry shop.”

“First one arrived and the crown fell off. Sent it back and got another one. After a week, something is loose inside. This has got to be the worst purchase I have ever made. It looks great but quality it totally lacking or they have terrible QC. I will actually request a full refund.”

“While I like the size and looks of the watch very much, the bezel is much too loose and continues to move. Also the stem and crown will not lock. Even though the watch is new, it loses about 2 minutes a week. Great looks, poor quality !”

“I writing to inform you that I didn't appreciate being lied to by customer service. I returned the watch for what I thought was an issue, it turned out to me nothing, however it took several weeks for the watch to me returned. After calling several times, speaking to Kindel she said the watch was shipped on 8-20 had tracking but no updates. gave it till Friday 8-24 after several calls, BTW this was a local delivery. Kindel said watch was shipped and they would replace it and issue a new tracking number. on 8-27 I received the watch which was the original one i sent back. the date in the box was 8-24 and a different tracking number. This tells me they never shipped the watch till 8-24 all the while being told the watch had shipped earlier in the week. All they had to do was be straight up with me, but they felt lies would be better. VERY DISAPPOINTING will not by again from this company”
