I’m a collector and own over 300 watches. My collection includes 2/3 vintage and 1/3 contemporary watches. I own three Xeric watches, including a Cypher Automatic. It is one of my favorite time pieces. I’ve purchased multiple watches from Watches.com. I’ve received excellent service from Watches. I continue to review its cite frequently. I highly recommend Watches.

Just got my blue cyper today. I was really hoping all the Kickstarter backers who received their watches before me were wrong about how illegible this watch is, but sadly in anything but fairly bright light it's basically impossible to read. The Lume doesn't last more than a few minutes, isn't very bright to begin with, and I can't see the tritium glowing at all. Very disappointed, and really wish I could exchange for another watch from Xeric, but I guess that's the risk I took with a new design on Kickstarter. The build quality is good, and the design looks nice, but it's effectively a bracelet which I can barely justify wearing since I have to pull my phone out to tell the time in dimmer rooms or while in the shade. What a shame
