There's a lot to like about this watch. While large, the clean design prevent it from looking overly clunky on the wrist, which is an unfortunate issue with watches of this size. The manner of presenting the time is clever, and not terrible difficult to get used to. And, while it's not the most important feature of a timepiece, the leather of the strap has a nicely solid and substantial feel to it. But it's not perfect. The hours are not particularly easy to read - black on silver doesn't exactly pop. I imagine some of the other color variations might not experience this issue. As for the allegations that this watch glows in the dark, frankly, that should be removed from the description. After leaving the watch sitting under a bright light source for several hours, I was able to detect a very slight hint of a glow when looking at the face in a dark room. Barely. Bottom line on the luminosity - it borders on nonexistent. If you plan on reading this thing in the dark, get a flashlight. But beyond those quibbles, this a very fine watch indeed.
