“When my watch arrived in Australia 2 months after I ordered it, I opened the box excited to where my greatly anticipated piece. It was broken! I have worn it twice just to show it off, in a sense, all the while the hands never turned. I have read the manual countless times to figure out if there is something I've missed. I've tried everything. It just doesn't want to work.”

“I took a chance on ordering another watch after the first watch I ordered arrived defective. The second also arrived defective. Having two watches (same model) arrive defective is inexcusable and begs the question if I was sent the same exact watch both times? Not overly pleased with return process as I was simply refunded my money the first time, instead of given 110% credit, plus 20% off as I was told I would get. Greatly disappointed since the watch selection is impressive, with good prices.”
