“I was so excited to give my husband this for our anniversary. I had given him a G-Shock before and he loved it. He put the new one aside to figure it out later. A week went by, so I asked him if he liked it?? He said if I could figure it all out, it would be better. He also said that he wished someone, that knew this watch, was in front of him. When he tried to look up the instructions, the words couldn’t be any smaller. I don’t think he still knows how to work it, but he’s keeping it because it was a present from me. 😔”

“I have been looking for a white G-Shock watch for ages. I visited the watches.com site and found the watch I had been looking for. Living in Australia the watch took a couple of weeks to get here which is excellent compared to other deliveries I had purchased from the States. However, I was so disappointed when I opened the package only to find it was NOT the same watch as what was advertised on the watches.com site. The one sent I did not like, so I contacted the company, went through the refund procedures and have returned the watch sent and am awaiting a refund. I guess I'll have to keep on looking for that elusive white G-Shock watch.”

“I asked to switch watch because it was an xl model. I asked before watched shipped. They shipped anyway. I had to pay for return shipping and way 7 days to get money back. I shopped at daniels jewlers instead. Do not expect customer srevice from this site.”

“I am very disappointed I ordered two watches I only recieve one in the pkg that was delivered I call several times I respon ti the request when you ask did I get my pkg I said partially I am still waiting on the other one it's paid for”

“I had intended to be getting a watch I could wear hunting and camping, with a subdued black case and band like the majority of G-SHOCK watches. However, from the picture there was no way to determine it was gloss black and the description said the band was black and made no mention of the gloss black case and band I received that looks plastic and cheap. Not to mention the fact that it is shiny when the sunlight hits it while out in the field. My suggestion for this watch description is that going forward, you make it crystal clear the band is of a gloss black material.”
