“Hi Meghan First of all, I am your old customer. I have ordered two G-Shock watches on your watches online shop on 2nd January , namely GMWB5000 Full Metal Connected Solar All Black and GMWB5000 Full Metal Connected Solar Gold Black, but the shipping time is limited. It has been overdue for 14 days from 18 to 28, and I still have not received my order. In addition, I received your email notification earlier, another model of G-Shock watch has been returned, so I went to your watches online shop to order G-Shock GMWB5000 Full Metal Steel on 2nd February, from the date of order. I have not received my order yet on the 14 days. I just checked with my bank and the two purchases have been deducted. I have repeatedly asked you to give me the shipping company link and I can check if the goods have arrived in Hong Kong. Do you use the post office or express delivery? But you only have N000005797489 and N000005980364, I don't have a URL to click on whether the goods arrived in Hong Kong. Why have you not given me the URL? Please give me a reply as soon as possible. If I can't receive the goods at the end of Feb, please refund my purchase price of USD1572.5.”

“Sent me watch with puncture marks in the tin case. Returned it, as it was a defective product. Made me pay for return shipping and insurance. Poor customer service. Highly unlikely I will be doing business with Watches.com again.”
