This watch sucks. It was broken as soon as I got it. I didn't even get to wear it once. I didn't keep any of the boxes ect so the company won't take it back. Don't waste your money. The customer service is garbage. Stay away!!!!!

Here's the deal...I'm super sour about this watch, however I love the look and I love the movement! That being said, the first one I bought was the Xeric automatic and the weight did not work...sounded like something was grinding inside the case every time I moved my wrist. I contacted watches.com and they swiftly replaced it with a new one. Watches.com was awesome in this case! My new one that watches.com sent to me, now 14 months old, now has a loose screw that is visibly floating around in the case...I'm thinking this is a mechanical issue: how it was put together, parts used, etc. Anyway, Xeric customer support sucks with superb lack of personal connection to the customer. I am a small business owner that relies on retaining customers for repeat business. I was highly considering buying the 2nd version of this watch recently, however with this experience I am not, and will not in the future. I not have a watch that does not work due to cheap parts, shotty production, and / or poor design to the movement. Maybe a kickstart to raise funds for a telephone line Xeric? Anyway...I am not saying "do not buy this watch" but I am saying expect potential issues and poor customer service from Xeric. Cheers!

This Xeric Halograph is super unique! Take some times to adjust myself to read time out of it but it's always enjoyable watching 2 little movements dancing thru the window. Gold/ Black looks very classic but gives a little technological advanced vintage feel! ;D

Didn't last long before the glass projectiled right off the case one day after setting it down on the counter. It's obvious it was a glass defect since it sheered a perfect circle. After calling watchs.com/Xeric they said the glass isn't covered, but they would replace for $50. Mind you I already saved up for months just to buy the watch. Faulty product and a company that won't stand behind it. They lost me as a customer for life!

I have four of the Xeric watches. They have a very interesting design I get questions about them all the time. Great watches.
