“This watch is beautiful! The rose gold numbers and accents pop beautifully off the gray textured dial, and the overall feel is that the build quality is exceptional. This watch was a replacement for a detective Spinnaker, and it's funny because I thought that watch was nice at first but this Ingersoll makes the Spinnaker seem very cheap. My only complaint to be honest is that the box the watch came in is pathetic. It's a cheap little cardboard box that makes you realize that this watch was never really sold for $700 USD. If I paid that much and it showed up in a box like that I'd probably send it back.”

“I recently bought an automatic self winding watch from Watches.com. For whatever reason, when I wound it up it would not start. I reported this to Watches.com and after following their advice to wind it further, produced no remedy, they send me a postage paid label so I could return the watch for replacement. When it was realised that this label would not work from my location in Australia and the watch may have been lost in the mail, Watches.com refunded me the full amount of my purchase without further correspondence.This is excellent service. I will add that I collect watches and have previously bought 5 from watches.com which I am very happy with and will probably buy more in the future.”

“I was very impressed by the appearance of my new watch. It is substantial and fits well on the wrist. The see through mechanism is attractive and adds additional authenticity to the mechanical movement. I like the date, day and month functions as well. The watch is a good value and I'm happy with my purchase.”

“The mechanism to set the time broke off and then the watch stopped working all together. We thought we fixed it but again, broke. So, we have a broken watch, disappointing.”
