Just got the watch today and it’s made pretty well with the brown leather strap and big face. The watch however does not glow in the dark. I don’t know if it’s just this one but that’s why the rating is what it is.

The ‘Trappist-1 Moon Phase’ model is very unique, but of course one expects nothing less from Xeric. Their mark of originality, creativity and innovation is of the highest order. With this particular watch, they once again did not disappoint and created a piece of true singularity, beauty, balance and clarity of design + time reading. I particularly enjoy the notion as though one is seeing through space/time as there is a 3D quality when looking at the face of the watch...The grey suede strap is shown in this picture.

I can't give a review yet, because the product you sent me was damaged from where it was shipped or it got damaged during delivery

Very unique time piece. The glow in the dark planet system is amazing. The date window is very difficult to read

Purchased the Blue-IP off Kickstarter. Had it for just under a year before the minute hand dislodged. Luckily it was still within the 1-year warranty and was repaired with little effort on my part, just had to ship it to the repair shop. Now, a few months after repair and maybe 5 more times worn it has dislodged again. My guess is that since the minute hand is a disk it has too much mass to be supported by the central pin holding it in the movement. I asked for a refund and was told no. Why would I want to own a watch that needs to be repaired so often? Other issues I've noticed: 1. The date is impossible to read. It is recessed under a bulbous crystal and the mesh facade and it has a lens to magnify it. But the lens just reflects light so the date underneath cannot be seen. 2. The aforementioned bulbous crystal is probably come acrylic or other plastic, as it scratches and gouges easily. After a year of use and 2 major mechanical issues I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Concept is cool, watch is a looker, but what good is it if it doesn't work?

I love the watch. It is a great size and wears well. The quality seems top notch. The band is comfortable. The only thing is I wish I would've ordered a lighter colored window. It is all really dark. I do love it and wear it a lot.
