“During this whole situation, the team at waterdrop have been super great. The replacement bottle sleeve came in just a few days, which was spectacular. However when the customer service rep helped me, they didn’t ask what size bottle I have. So they sent me a sleeve that fits the smallest bottle. I have the 34oz sized bottle and it’s just a NO-Go!
Unfortunately I’ll have to return it and see what else can be done! Darn.”
