“I received my oro straws along with my advent calendar this year. Sadly, I received my advent calendar, and it had been damaged. I don't know if any of the items inside of the boxes are broken as I didn't want to open them and ruin the suprise. I have taken pictures and will send them along with a message to waterdrop looking for a solution as the reusable box is in ruff shape and I don't know if anything else is broken. Waterdrops apologized and offered 700 point for something in there shop. I was also told it is a limited edition item and no longer in-stock to be replaced. It is extremely upsetting as I only have two choices now. Open everything in the box and see if anything is broken or just send it back. Opening it now really ruins the suprise of the calendar. It will also be just as disappointing to get something amazing, only to find out it is broken or damaged. I would just like to send it back and order a new one as they are still in fact in stock. I was really upset I was lied to on top of everything. My husband bought it for me as my Christmas gift as he knew how much I wanted it. I got one shipped to me from Germany last year, and it was amazing. It's so disappointing to get my gift and it was packed so poorly it was damaged. I just don't feel like my $200 broken advent calendar is worth the 700 in points to buy a clip or a wood cap. It's sad they won't back there products and except an exchange.”
