“Love the bottle, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I received my clear bottle inside the grey sleeve and therefore could not see inside of the bottle upon arrival. I simply rinsed the bottle out and proceeded to use it for the entire day. At the end of the day, I noticed that there was a 'carbon filter' tiny packet in the bottom of the water bottle that clearly says 'do not ingest'. Now, how do you suppose one was supposed to see that packet INSIDE the bottle which arrive inside a sleeve where you can't see inside the bottle?? There was not warning label to remove the packet inside, so it simply stuck to the bottom inside of the bottle for the entire day, leaving me to drink toxins! I emailed the company 4 days ago and only received an automated response asking for a picture... a picture of what, I asked? No email response after that. This is super careless and dangerous for the consumer and super disappointing customer service as well.”

“I love this 34 oz clear glass bottle. This is the 2nd one I have purchased, the first one was 3 months ago. It is a very high-quality glass bottle. The glass is thick. Expensive, but well worth the cost. After my first purchase, I waited to make sure I loved it before investing in a 2nd one. They look great in my refrigerator; I use them to store/refrigerate purified drinking water that I bring into the house in large plastic bottles. Highly recommend.”
