However, the screw top is not a great design. It's obvious that the metal and plastic component aren't glued/sealed, causing bacteria to build between those walls. This has lead to a rank smell in the short time I've had it that hasn't been eliminated by soap, bleach, alcohol, acetone, or vinegar. And the sleeve is predominantly grey instead of burgundy, which doesn't look nearly as nice as the one pictured. The design is still lovely, though.

“First impression: Gorgeous! The packaging alone is beautiful. I ordered the 32 oz which is pretty large in real life. The glass feels a little on the thinner side but I don't think that will be an issue due to the protective sleeve. The lid is higher quality than most glass water bottle lids I've seen. Overall highly satisfied!”
