“Initially, it worked very well. But after inadvertently unpairing it a week later, it will not re-pair with my phone, so is entirely useless to me. When I wrote and asked for help, I was told my phone might be incompatible, which indicated that they didn’t read my message before responding, and sent me a canned response. Very disappointing for such an expensive piece of technology.”
“I really like my new LUCY cap so far. It's a quick way to purify my tap water in a glass bottle, then I stick the bottle without the LUCY cap in the fridge right after dropping in a microdrop or two to allow to dissolve and chill. These are my ready-made bottles of water that I can grab on the go or simply drink at home rather than wait for only my filter pitcher. Always insures that I have a bottle of water ready to keep me hydrated throughout the day. Not to mention it's kind of fun and pretty to watch it do it's thing, which is only a couple of minutes. ❤️
