“The bottle was cute, but the frosted glass surface will “microsand” any surface it touches (think glass nail/manicure filer). The plastic inside of the bamboo cap was getting finely sanded by the threading of the bottle lip opening and leaving fine plastic particles on the lip of the bottle. I reported this to customer service and got a replacement steel bottle instead. While I was disappointed by the glass bottle, customer service (Lynn) was excellent, and did a fantastic job finding a solution for my problem!”
“Bottle was bigger than expected but I do love the design and the sleeve that it comes with. I bought the LUCY smart cap and wanted to like it but it doesn't do well tracking my water intake. I was excited that it would log it onto my phone automatically, but I'll drink throughout the day and none of it will be logged. Disappointed that I wasted my money on it but I'll keep playing with it to see if anything changes.”
