“I. LOVE. THIS. THING. I had an issue with it after a couple weeks of use but the support team was very nice and communication was fast. The issue was resolved and I can feel and taste the water quality difference. I don’t want to go without this thing! I wish they had a version that could be washed easier. That’s my only complaint. Or if they had a silicone plug to stick into the port for easier washing. Either way RECOMMEND 1000%”
“Been communicating with support, but this just won't work. I've had to reset, uninstall the app, turn on and off Bluetooth etc and it still didn't work. Good news is uv works well but that's it.”
