“I’ve only had LUCY for a week, but I love the fact that it charges quickly and tracks my water intake to the app. However, so far, the only con that I have is that it doesn’t always track the water changes; I know of at least 2 or 3 instances where I drank about 10 oz and the LUCY cap didn’t register the change, so I had to manually add it in the app. That being said, every time I take a drink, I keep my app open to make sure it tracks it.”
“No so sure about this yet. All the steps seemed to be more work than I wanted to deal with. Used it for the first week or so and stopped because I had to do the math and add manually to get the missing sip for every bottle. It missed one every time. It was too expensive and I’d return if I had the option.”

“I am happy with my Lucy. I am not accustomed to having to keep my bottle up right. I have measured my water before putting into my bottle and after drinking it I get credit for 2ounces less. I recalibrated the bottle and got the same results. I was disappointed that the water didn’t taste better after purifying it. I read More and learned that it doesn’t filter it. So, I run it thru my Berky and then put it into my bottle. That doesn’t help me on vacation. Regardless, I am happy with it.”
