“I love my Sea Shepherd glass bottle! More so, I love the amazing customer service I received when I discovered that my original Sea Shepherd bottle I ordered arrived broken at the neck. When I contacted customer support, they emailed me back within 24 hours and offered to replace my bottle no questions asked! The replacement shipped less than 24 hours later, and arrived with a new sleeve for the bottle, the new bottle, and a complementary pack of Sky flavoring, which is actually my partner’s favorite as well! My bottle is nice, and my only “down side” (if you can even call it that) is that it doesn’t stay cold as long as my steel bottles, which is to be expected. I love the design on the bottle, and the sleeve is so nice as well! I love everything about the bottle, and the sleeve makes it so that I feel safe carrying it around all day.”
