“I love the bottle but the sports cap I do not like at all. All. It lets in too much air. It does not flow & makes a horrific sound. I am using the bamboo lid & it is much better. I really wanted the sport lid to work for bike rides but it just creates too much air that I take in & it makes me physically uncomfortable”
