“Sadly, I am not able to review this product because the package was stolen before I pick it up. These things happen, but I am extremely disappointed at the complete lack of customer service. When I emailed them to see if anything could be done, I got a canned response (the same on the FAQ page) that maybe the package got left with a neighbor. I have emailed 3 times since then and gotten no response. So one star because of the complete lack of customer service.”
