“I would give the company zero stars if I could. I ordered 3 weeks ago and still have yet to receive my order. I wanted to give it some time in case it was a shipping problem. I then went to the FAQs and saw that an order should take between 4-7 days to receive (their words, not mine). So I submitted an email to customer service to inquire about my order and have received no response. As of today, my order still shows as "not shipped". I'm so disappointed and am not sure what to do at this point. All I can say is save your money and your time.”
